About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing potential customers, generating sales opportunities and building strong, long-term relationships with clients.

You will also provide professional consultation and follow-up support, helping customers with suitable arrangements during important stages of their lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop potential customers through walk-in inquiries, phone calls, online enquiries and follow-ups.
• Generate sales leads and actively identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve assigned individual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional pre-sales and after-sales service.
• Assist the sales team in planning, coordinating and executing daily sales activities.
• Follow up on customer payment matters and ensure smooth and timely processing.
• Support marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, proposal preparation and presentation materials.

Requirements

• SPM / Diploma or equivalent; all fields of study are welcome.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Full training will be provided; prior sales experience is not required.
• Able to communicate effectively in Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Candidates who can communicate with Chinese-speaking customers in Chinese or dialects will have an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Self-disciplined, punctual, responsible and professional.
