Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional showroom experience.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.
• Present and explain jewellery designs, collections, product specifications, pricing and applicable schemes.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery according to their requirements.
• Demonstrate good product knowledge and confidently answer customer queries.
• Handle the complete sales process professionally, from customer interaction through billing and delivery coordination.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and prospective sales.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain proper product handling and ensure jewellery is handled safely and responsibly.
• Keep display counters neat, organised and visually appealing.
• Coordinate with billing, inventory and other departments to ensure smooth customer service.
• Participate in showroom promotions, events, customer engagement activities and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain professional grooming, communication and showroom etiquette at all times.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and security guidelines.

• Jewellery or retail sales experience will be an added advantage.
