Sales Executive

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop new customers including supermarkets, hypermarkets, pharmacies, stand-alone perfume shops, and wholesalers.
• Execute sales strategies to increase market penetration.
• Spot new distribution opportunities.
• Conduct regular market visits.
• Carry out Market research and competition analysis and activities.
• Build strong relationships with retail buyers and store managers.
• Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure proper product placement and visibility of product/brand in the outlets.
• Monitor stock levels.
• Manage promotional activities / campaign activities.
• Prepare daily sales reports.
• Provide weekly performance updates to Management.
