Sales Executive

About the role

Viskou Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a sales and customer support professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will maintain and update sales and customer records, build relationships with new and existing customers, and provide support across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Maintain close relationships with new and existing customers
• Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email to handle inquiries
• Enter sales orders into the system and coordinate delivery or pickup with the warehouse

About you

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
• Willingness to learn and strong self-learning ability
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment
