Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, delivering tailored logistics solutions, including warehousing and cold chain services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships with assigned accounts to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
• Prepare and negotiate contracts while addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and analyze customer performance and market changes to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to support the sales team and company objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma in sales, logistics, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, express, or similar industries.
• Strong customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to thrive under pressure.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
• Fresh University Graduates are welcome
• Candidates with additional experience will be considered for the Senior Sales Executive role.
