Sales Executive

Real Estate Sales Executive Job Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, digital platforms, and referrals.

Understand clients’ property requirements, budget, and investment objectives.

Present suitable residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.

Arrange and conduct property/site visits.

Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, specifications, amenities, and possession timelines.

Negotiate with clients and assist in converting leads into bookings/sales.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, negotiations, and sales activities.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on local property markets, new projects, pricing, and competitors.

Provide after-sales support and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Sales and customer relationship management Lead generation and follow-up

Knowledge of the local real estate market Strong convincing and presentation skills Target-oriented and self-motivated

Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office

Ability to build long-term client relationships

Qualification: Graduate preferred Experience: 6 months to 1 Year

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
