About the role

Group Concorde is an aviation specialist seeking a professional to provide sales and customer services support, coordinating with customers, carriers, and ground handling agents to ensure smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Sale and customer services support
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
• Provide sales support and excellent customer service
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, and ground handling agents to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports, including CSR reports
• Assist in resolving operational issues and customer concerns in a timely manner
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

About you

• Bachelor degree in any field
• Experience in sales in airfreight, freight forwarder, logistics, or airlines is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
