Job Summary

Join Universal HRA as a Sales Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, negotiating contracts, and building lasting client relationships in the cleaning services sector.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach new business clients to expand the customer base

Generate qualified leads for commercial cleaning contracts through proactive outreach

Conduct site visits to offices, shops, clinics, schools, condominiums, and other business locations to assess client needs

Arrange and manage client site visits to understand specific cleaning requirements

Prepare detailed quotations and follow up to secure client approval

Negotiate contract terms and close cleaning service agreements effectively

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

Manage own schedule flexibly to meet client appointments and business targets

Travel independently across Singapore to meet clients and conduct site assessments

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in sales or business development roles

Background in cleaning services or facilities management is advantageous

Strong communication and negotiation skills demonstrated in client interactions

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Other Information

Flexible working hours with no fixed 9–5 schedule

Commission-only compensation with uncapped earning potential

Support provided by the operations team to facilitate sales activities
