Sales Executive

PUYAT FLOORING PRODUCTS, INC. is an ISO certified manufacturing company of vinyl and engineered wood flooring products, flooring adhesives, floor care products, and other ancillary products (primer and self-leveling compound) under the brand name APO.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Achieve sales targets for APO Floors products across assigned project accounts, dealers, and distributors.
• Build Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with architects, contractors, dealers, and clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Product Advocacy: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations that highlight the benefits of our vinyl, engineered wood, adhesives, floor care products, and other ancillary products (Self-Leveling Compound)
• Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, customer transactions, competitor activities, and promotional updates to identify new business opportunities.
• Account Management: Oversee project requirements and/or the end-to-end dealer transactions with minimal supervision.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s / College Degree in any field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of proven sales or marketing experience in construction materials, retail hardware sales, or product distribution (or related industries).
• Skills: Strong negotiation and presentation skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
• Work Ethic: Results-driven, independent, and comfortably adaptable to fieldwork and managing multiple client accounts.
