Sales Executive

Linkers Developers & Builders is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive for Commercial Sales to join our sales team in Business Square, Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up with potential clients.
• Meet clients and understand their property requirements.
• Present company projects, properties, and payment plans to clients.
• Conduct and coordinate property/site visits.
• Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Assist clients throughout the booking and sales process.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Must be residing in RWP/ISL.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good client-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
