Sales Executive

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Visit potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer retention.
• Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and required documentation.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and prospective customers to convert opportunities into sales.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales activities, leads, and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments, where applicable.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and sales standards.
