Sales Executive

Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Office-Based Sales Executive to join our team. You will speak with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and help them choose the right products or services.

Main Responsibilities

• Contact customers by phone and email.
• Follow up on sales enquiries and leads.
• Understand customer requirements.
• Explain products and services clearly.
• Prepare quotes and process orders.
• Keep customer records up to date.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Work closely with colleagues to provide excellent service.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional manner.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using email and basic computer systems.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work as part of a team.

Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
