Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business for air freight, sea freight (FCL/LCL) and road/land transportation
• Identify, approach and convert prospects across import, export and cross-trade segments
• Prepare competitive quotations and rate proposals in coordination with the pricing and operations teams
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with shippers, consignees and freight partners
• Follow up on inquiries, negotiate rates and terms, and close deals
• Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth shipment execution
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct regular client visits, calls and meetings
• Track market rates, competitor activity and industry trends
• Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates and a CRM database

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field
• 3+ years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics
• Good knowledge of air, sea and land freight operations, Incoterms and shipping documentation
• Existing client base or industry contacts in the UAE/GCC (a strong advantage)
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated and target-driven, able to work independently
• Valid UAE driving licence and having their own car
• Ready to join immediately
