Sales Executive

Employment: Full-Time | 6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with prospective clients.
• Generate and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects.
• Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Update lead details, follow-ups, and activities in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams and developers for smooth deal closure.
• Negotiate and assist clients throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Real estate, banking, home loan, or customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is preferred.
