Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the paints, building materials, construction, or related industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and customers.
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Promote and sell paint products and related solutions.
• Visit customers and project sites regularly to identify new sales opportunities.
• Manage existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, orders, and payments.
• Expand the customer and dealer network within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Experience in Asian Paints, National Paints, or other paint/building material companies is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the local market and customer network.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
