Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into customers and achieving sales targets.

Your responsibilities include:

• Meet and engage with prospective customers through appointments, phone calls, WhatsApp and virtual meetings.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable property management solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide professional consultation throughout the sales process.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and necessary documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries and objections professionally.
• Follow up consistently to convert prospects into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline using the company's CRM system.
• Work closely with the Operations team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Requirements Essential

• Must have full working rights in Malaysia.
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and target-driven.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM systems).

Preferred

• Experience in sales, property, banking, insurance or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits Salary

Monday - Friday: 🕙 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
