Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products or services based on customer needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in BPO sales, calling, or telecalling industry.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
