Sales Executive

About the role

Sales Executive role in the logistics industry focused on building client relationships, identifying customer needs, and driving sales through persuasive proposals and presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and promote suitable products or services.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve offerings and service.
• Draft and submit regular sales reports to management.

About you

• Language(s) required: English, M.andarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Possess own transportation.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, resilient and independent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply with training provided.
