We're a fast-growing US-based truck dispatching company looking for a sharp, motivated Sales Executive to join our night-shift team in Bahria Town, Lahore. You'll handle a mix of inbound inquiries from interested carriers and proactive outreach to bring in new business. If you can build rapport fast and close with confidence, this seat is yours.

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 100,000/month + Uncapped Performance Bonuses, the harder you close, the more you earn.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling inbound inquiries from US trucking companies interested in our dispatch services
• Reaching out to and following up with potential leads to generate new business
• Building rapport fast and closing deals with confidence
• Working closely with our dispatch team to onboard new clients smoothly
• Hitting, and crushing, monthly sales targets
• Growing with a company that rewards performance

What You Bring

• 2+ years of sales experience (trucking/logistics industry strongly preferred)
• Excellent spoken English. You can hold a natural, persuasive conversation
• A closer's mindset: confident, persistent, and comfortable handling objections
• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales conversations
• Availability for night shift (5 PM – 2 AM, aligned with US business hours)
• Based in or able to commute to Bahria Town, Lahore
