Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, ambitious and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves handling sales enquiries, developing and maintaining relationships with customers across Malaysia, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong, and converting opportunities into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries and provide professional customer service
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers
• Follow up with leads, quotations and customer enquiries to convert opportunities into sales
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Communicate with customers from Malaysia, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills and customer service skills

About you

• 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Customer Service
• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate effectively in multiple languages, especially English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, hardworking and self-motivated
• Ambitious and target-driven, with the willingness to invest additional time and effort to achieve higher sales performance
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
