Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Store Sales Executive to assist customers, drive sales, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
• Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
• Manage inventory and replenish stock as needed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of retail or sales experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge.
