Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.

Job Summary

Care Path Labs is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote diagnostic services, increase doctor referrals, build strong hospital and clinic relationships, and support overall business growth. The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, doctor visits, client relationship management, collection centre development, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and develop relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote pathology tests, health packages, and diagnostic services.
• Generate new leads and increase doctor referrals and sample collection. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for new collection centres and business growth.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Conduct regular field visits and maintain daily visit reports.
• Coordinate with the lab and collection teams to ensure smooth services.
• Handle client queries and ensure proper follow-up.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of sales and business development.
• Experience in pathology, diagnostics or healthcare will be preferred.
