Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend showroom walk-ins and understand customer requirements.
• Explain TVS models, variants, features, pricing, offers, and benefits.
• Arrange and conduct test rides for prospective customers.
• Handle leads received through walk-ins, phone calls, website, BikeWale, BikeDekho, digital campaigns, and other sources.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM/DMS.
• Convert enquiries and test rides into bookings and vehicle sales.
• Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan and insurance requirements.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for booking and delivery.
• Coordinate with the stockyard, billing, registration, and delivery teams.
• Ensure smooth and timely vehicle delivery.
• Explain basic vehicle features, warranty, and service schedules at the time of delivery.
• Conduct post-sale follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Participate in showroom events, promotional campaigns, and local marketing activities.
• Achieve assigned sales, conversion, and customer-experience targets.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, follow-ups, test rides, bookings, and sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
