Sales Executive (装修与隔热膜销售顾问)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive sales for interior renovation projects and premium architectural window film products (V-KOOL, 3M, LLumar, and in-house film technologies).

Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, deliver product presentations, and perform light meters / heat demo demonstrations.

Prepare comprehensive sales quotations, cost estimates, and contract agreements for residential and small-to-mid commercial clients.

Follow up actively on inbound leads, website inquiries, and showroom walk-ins to achieve monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal project teams and technical installers to ensure smooth handover and project execution.

Maintain strong post-sales relationship with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Building, or related fields.

1–2 years of proven sales track record in interior renovation, building materials, or home improvement sectors.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.

Language proficiency: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken & written) to communicate with a diverse client base and handle bilingual sales collateral.

负责现场拜访客户、了解客户需求,进行产品演示(如红外线隔热测试演示)并提供专业解答。

为住宅及中小型商业客户量身定制设计/贴膜方案,编制准确的报价单与服务合同。

积极跟进线上线下的咨询线索及展厅访客,按时完成月度与季度销售指标。

与内部项目团队及施工人员保持紧密配合,确保销售合同向交付环节无缝对接。

做好售后关系维护,提升客户满意度并促成二次推荐与复购。

任职要求:
大专及以上学历,商务、市场营销、室内设计或建筑工程相关专业优先。

具备 1 至 2 年以上室内装修、建材或家居改善领域的成功销售经验。

具备出色的沟通协调能力、谈判技巧及逼单能力。

**语言要求:**需精通中英双语(流利的口语与书面表达),以便服务多元化的客户群体及处理双语合同文件。
