Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, particularly in high-rise buildings, villas, or luxury properties, with strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales calls and arrange property site visits.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of the real estate market and assigned projects.
• Promote properties through direct sales activities.
• Generate business from both new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with Channel Partners (CPs), brokers, and prospective buyers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Coordinate with customers throughout the sales process and resolve project-related queries.
• Follow up regularly with prospective customers to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.

Required Skills

• 1+ year of experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Experience in selling High-Rise Buildings, Villas, or Luxury Properties preferred.
• Good knowledge of the real estate market and sales process.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
