Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic Sales Coordinator with a strong personality.
Tasks to be performed: communication with other salespeople, calling customers (B2B) to take daily orders, system entries, delivery update, scheduling, and general delivery. Coordinate planning and purchases on delivery dates. Generate and maintain the list of weekly export shipments, ensuring that all customer order dates are updated and maintained according to the purchasing schedule.

English and good computer skills are essential

We are exporters of fruit and Vegetables based in Valencia, Spain currently looking for an Executive Sales to join our fast growing sales/export team.

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, ambitious and able to work under your own initiative without constant guidance and management. You will showcase the ability to work in an organized, intelligent, structured and methodical way and to maintain accurate records.

The position offers a fixed salary in addition to discretinary bonus

Responsibilities: Maintaining customer accounts, creating new customers, Maintaining good working relationships with our customers,. Manage the purchase order process, ensuring all internal requests are actioned within agreed time frames Manage customer queries and resolve any arising issues swiftly. Process payment runs Sending and chasing customer invoice
