Sales Executive

To achieve profitable growth for the container shipping company by securing new accounts, managing existing customer relationships, and exceeding lifting targets. This role plays a critical part in developing and executing strategic sales plans, conducting market research, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring efficient logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by securing new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Achieve weekly and annual lifting targets through strategic sales activities.
• Prepare quotations, conduct market research, and identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Follow up on payments and monitor account receivables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely logistics operations.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends to support business growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or logistics/shipping industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
• Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in Chinese language would be an added advantage.
