SALES EXECUTIVE

About the role

Serves as the primary point of contact for both leads and buyers. The role encompasses closing of sales transactions from prospecting to presentation to closing to handover of keys, receiving key milestone updates from sales admin and marketing, handling prospecting of leads, and driving strong sales and corporate targets. You will keep yourself informed of project progress, stay abreast of building industry market trends and development know-how, and carry out ad-hoc instructions and directives from the Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for both leads and buyers
• Close sales transactions from prospecting to presentation to closing to handover of keys
• Receive key milestone updates from sales admin and marketing
• Handle prospecting of leads
• Drive strong sales and corporate targets
• Keep informed of project progress
• Study building industry, market trends and development know-how
• Carry out ad-hoc instructions and directives from the Sales Manager

About you

• Diploma or higher in related fields
• Fluent in English
• Able to confidently articulate in additional languages
• Willing to travel for roadshows
• Possess own transport
• Self-driven with ability to maintain a positive attitude with energy and charisma
