Sales Executive

Location: Hyderabad (5 days WFO).

Experience: 2–4 Years

We are looking for an energetic Sales / Business Development Executive to drive customer engagement and business development for our Semiconductor & Embedded Engineering Services .

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new semiconductor customer accounts and opportunities.
• Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, outreach and industry events.
• Build relationships with engineering managers and decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal engineering/TA teams.
• Support opportunities for staff augmentation, turnkey projects and ODC engagements .
• Manage customer follow-ups, proposals and sales pipeline.
• Achieve defined business development and revenue targets.

Preferred Profile:

• 2–4 years experience in Sales, Business Development, TA or HR background .
• Engineering services / IT / Semiconductor / Embedded background preferred.
• TA/HR professionals interested in transitioning to Sales are welcome.
• Strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive and willing to travel for customer meetings.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor/Embedded engineering is an advantage.
