Sales Executive

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out, glass, aluminium, and construction sectors.

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, project managers, and corporate clients.

• Generate leads through networking, site visits, referrals, and market research.

• Meet clients to understand project requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Coordinate with the estimation and technical teams to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.

• Follow up on quotations, tenders, and project opportunities until final award.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports.

• Coordinate with project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover after contract award.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 Years of UAE experience required

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of Interior fit-out works/Glass & Aluminium systems, and construction processes.

• Existing network of architects, consultants, contractors, and developers is highly preferred.

• Ability to read construction drawings and understand project specifications is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
