Sales Executive

Job Scope:

• Identify new customers and generate sales leads.
• Promote the company’s products and services to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Arrange client meetings and site visits when required.
• Negotiate prices and terms within company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements and delivery timelines are met.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.
• Keep customer records updated and prepare regular sales reports.
• Follow company procedures and applicable ISO requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Sales experience is an advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport if required for client visits.
