About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at First Win Marketing Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam, Selangor As a Sales Executive (business development), you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and achieving ambitious sales targets. What you'll be doing

1. Actively identify and follow up on new sales leads to expand the company's customer base
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
3. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's products and services
4. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitability for the company
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies
6. Provide excellent customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
8. Contribute to the overall sales team's success by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues as needed
9. Report on market competitiveness and competition situation
10. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure total customer experience.
11. Follow through Order to Cash cycle

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the Rubber / Polymer industry
2. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
4. Proficient in presentation and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach to sales
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset
6. Familiarity with sales pipeline management and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
7. Attention to details
8. Passion for the industry and a drive to succeed in a competitive environment
9. Has own transport and can work independently
10. Chinese Language literacy is required; Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia
