Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly organized, driven, and communication-focused individual to join our dynamic real estate team as a Sales Executive.

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling market appraisal appointments and supporting our agents to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for a graduate with excellent English communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and book market appraisal appointments for properties across Sydney.
• Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and schedule appraisals at convenient times.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to convert them into appointments.
• Manage the appointment calendar and ensure all booking details are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with real estate agents to confirm availability and ensure efficient scheduling.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional and courteous communication with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and appointments.
• Assist the team with other sales and administrative tasks as required.

Key Requirements

• Graduate candidates only.
• Previous experience dealing with international clients is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and responsible approach to work.
• Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone and through written communication.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with a remote team.
• Must have your own laptop or PC with a reliable internet connection.
• Must be comfortable working Australian (AUS) shifts.

Working Hours

• 4 working days per week
• 8 hours per day
• Working hours will fall within the following timeframe: 3:30 AM to 1:00 PM IST
• Candidates must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift within this timeframe, depending on business requirements.

Only graduates with fluent English communication skills and the ability to work AUS shifts should apply.

Own laptop/PC is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
