SALES EXECUTIVE

About the role

Join PT Karisma Sejahtera Logistik as a Sales Executive and be part of our team. You will identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and promote freight forwarding and logistics services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on business opportunities
• Promote freight forwarding and logistics services based on client needs
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and follow up on sales opportunities
• Achieve sales targets and provide regular sales activity updates

About you

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably in Freight Forwarding or Logistics
• Good understanding of freight forwarding services, shipment processes, and Incoterms
• Good command of English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and client management skills
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
