Sales Executive

About the role

This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, gathering market intelligence on selling prices, customer feedback on product and service quality, and following up on sales volumes from existing customers for both current and new products. You will be responsible for opening new customer accounts, developing sales plans to achieve sales targets, and managing the complete order-to-cash cycle from sales inquiry through to product delivery and payment collection.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Gather market intelligence including market selling prices, competitor activity, and customer feedback on product and service quality
• Follow up on sales volumes from existing customers for both current and new products
• Open new customer accounts
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets
• Serve as key contact point with customers
• Manage order-to-cash process: handle sales inquiries, open sales orders, coordinate product delivery, and follow up on customer payments

About you

• Bachelor Degree in any field (Engineering or Science preferred)

• At least 1-3 years of experience in Sales

• Experience in Petroleum and Lubricant industry (advantageous)

• Strong negotiation skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Diligence, honesty and patience

• Good communication in English (spoken and written)
