Sales Executive

Responsibilities – Digital Sales Agent

• Promote, sell & retain: Perform outbound calls to promote, upsell + retain loans products
• Objection handling: Manage and handle customer’s resistance and objections
• Meet sales targets: Achieve & exceed sales target assigned
• Leads management: Maximise conversions within timeline for leads assigned
• Customer Experience: Ensure great customer onboarding journey

Requirement

• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer objections
• Sales-driven & result oriented mindset
• Prior Sales experience is a plus

Looking for people who have experience in outbound telesales & talking to customers + upsell product

Knows how to manage objections and rejections from customer since it 90-95% outbound calls and 5% inbound calls. There will be leads assigned to them and convert to sales. 

Products to be sold: Personal loan, cashline, balance transfer products.

Education requirement:

• O Levels
• ITE graduates or Diploma graduates (fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and customer engagement are welcome)
