Sales Executive

Position: Sales Exicutive– Auto Spare PartsObjective: We are looking for a dedicated Sales Personnel to drive mechanic onboarding, engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge and the ability to build long-term relationships with mechanics and customers.Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential mechanics and customers Onboard mechanics to our company app and explain its benefits Conduct product presentations and demonstrations Provide training and support on app usage Promote auto spare parts, lubricants, batteries, and related products Build strong relationships with mechanics and regular customers Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth Analyze market trends and competitor activities Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred 4–6 years of sales experience, preferably in auto spare parts industry Experience in lubricants, batteries, or related automotive products is an added advantage Existing mechanic network and market connections preferred Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and achieve targets Preferred Candidates: Experience in GT (General Trade) sales Spare parts and lubricant industry background Strong local market knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
