SALES EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with government hospitals, agencies and healthcare institutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government sector.
• Manage government tenders, quotations and procurement processes.
• Monitor tender announcements, submission deadlines and contract requirements.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, quotations and supporting documents accurately and on time.
• Follow up on tender results, purchase orders and deliveries.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Finance, Warehouse, Procurement and Customer Service to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and government procurement requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates to management.
