Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and other sales channels.
• Identify potential buyers and understand their property requirements and budgets.
• Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and project details to prospective clients.
• Arrange and conduct site visits and property presentations.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the marketing and documentation teams to ensure smooth sales processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in real estate sales or property sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and client-handling abilities.
• Willingness to travel for property visits and client meetings.
• Target-oriented approach with a strong interest in sales.
