Sales executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and identify potential clients.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and prospective customers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial agreements with clients.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly update sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, accounts, and customer support to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
• Support junior sales team members and guide them when required.
• Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, promotional activities, and business development initiatives.
• Contribute to achieving overall company revenue and business growth objectives.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
