Sales Executive

Job Summary

Bueven Industrial Solutions Inc. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – Consumables to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting our range of industrial consumables and precast accessories to clients in the construction, precast concrete, and manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads and develop business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote and sell Bueven's consumable products, including form oils, precast accessories, magnets, anchor systems, and related construction solutions.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and site inspections.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate sales agreements.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.
• Keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Submit accurate sales reports and maintain customer records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience in construction materials, industrial products, chemicals, lubricants, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to travel for field work and client meetings.
• With a valid driver's license is an advantage.
