Sales Executive

1. Handle walk-in clients at site and explain project details - Plots / Villas / Township.

2. Generate leads through reference, field activity, local networking in Hapur.

3. Conduct site visits and explain pricing, payment plan, location advantages to customers.

4. Follow-up with prospects, do negotiation and close sales.

5. Maintain daily sales report, lead status and client database.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have 2 yrs experience in Real Estate Sales (Plots/Township/Builder Floor).

• Good communication skills in Hindi & Basic English.

• Must have own Bike and be familiar with Hapur location.

• Presentable, confident and target-oriented.

• Local candidate from Hapur / Ghaziabad / Pilkhuwa will be preferred.

• Real estate sales: 2 years (Preferred)
