Job Description:

Fovestta is looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to help businesses simplify their HR & payroll processes through technology.

Are you confident on calls, enjoy speaking with businesses, and have a passion for sales and closing deals? If yes, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through Calls, LinkedIn & WhatsApp
• Connect with Business Owners, HR Managers, CAs & Consultants
• Understand customer needs and pitch the right solution
• Conduct demos, follow up and handle objections
• Build your sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets

Requirements

• MBA in Sales & Marketing
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales / SaaS Sales
• Excellent communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• HRMS / Payroll / SaaS experience is a plus
