Sales Executive

About the role

We are a newly established, foreign-owned manufacturing company based in Indonesia, dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team, drive growth, and engage with a diverse client base across various industries in Indonesia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage with potential clients across various sectors such as logistics, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote RFID products and solutions, aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing product support and identifying new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and feedback to management.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to RFID solutions.

About you

• Proven experience (2+ years) in sales B2B, preferably in the technology, manufacturing, or RFID industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with RFID technology is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of Chinese is an added advantage.
