Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing customer relationships, promoting our range of labels, thermal rolls, paper bags, and customized packaging products, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Visit potential and existing customers regularly to understand their requirements.
• Promote and sell self-adhesive labels, thermal paper rolls, paper bags, and customized products.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and increase repeat business.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Building and maintaining a CRM database.
• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience in sales.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
