Sales Executive

We are looking for a sales-oriented and technically skilled resource to join our team and handle sales, installation, and technical support for POS systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Identify potential customers and generate new sales opportunities.

• Present and demonstrate POS systems, software, and IT solutions to clients.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
• Install, configure, and set up POS systems at client locations.
• Assist customers with product usage and technical queries.
• Coordinate with the internal team for installations, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Travel to customer locations when required.

Requirements :

Strong interest in sales and customer interaction.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems, computers, networking, and IT devices.
• Ability to handle installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in POS sales, IT sales, installation, or technical support will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and installations.
• Freshers to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Someone who can confidently communicate with customers, generate sales, install and configure products, and provide technical support when required.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
