Sales Executive

What you’ll do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and lead generation with cold calls

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction while uncovering and driving relevant upsell opportunities.

• Create compelling sales collateral, including proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to each client’s needs.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot trends, identify opportunities, and refine positioning in digital marketing aspects.

• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and creative teams to develop solutions that address client pain points.

• Own and manage the sales pipeline, deliver regular updates and reporting on business development activity.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or related client-facing roles is preferred (fresh graduates are also welcome).

• Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate professionally with clients.

• Strong presentation and proposal skills, with confident and persuasive communication.

• Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented; able to manage priorities and work independently when needed.

• Familiar with digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
