Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, generating sales, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new leads and business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and field visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Follow up with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle and convert opportunities into customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, finance, and customer support to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
