Sales Executive

What You’ll Do:

• Source and generate new leads through advertising, social media, networking and referrals.
• Keep updated on project details, pricing, promotions and market trends.
• Achieve individual sales targets and maximise sales opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales opportunities.
• Recommend suitable property projects and investment options.
• Handle the sales process from initial enquiry to closing.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; property or sales experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and consistent in customer follow-up.
• Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required for viewings, events or launches.
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Malay
• Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, automotive sales, luxury retail or customer service is an advantage.
