Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, experience in sales and customer follow-up, and basic knowledge of CRM software.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads and customers regularly.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
• Maintain and update customer details in CRM software.
• Manage leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer handling.
• Prepare and maintain daily sales and follow-up reports.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure proper follow-up until closure.

Requirements

• BBA, MBA, or any graduate qualification.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales/customer handling.
• Good Hindi communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work with targets.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
